UK Deliveries
We ship throughout the UK and orders are processed within 2-3 working days from an order being placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 (expect 2-3 working days). There is an option for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (expected next working day but can take up to 2 working days).
Wholesale or high value orders may be sent via DPD.
EU and Northern Ireland
From 13th December 2024 we are unable to ship orders to addresses outside the UK following a change to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
Click & Collect
Orders can be collected from the Olapip studio in Bridge of Weir during opening hours or alternatively from Houston, in which case we will contact you with the address.
