We hope that you will be delighted with your order when it arrives but if anything isn’t quite right we are here to help.
If you are not fully satisfied and would like a refund or exchange please send a notice of cancellation and proof of purchase by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you promptly. Goods should be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Our refund and returns policy is 14 days from the date of order of the item. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account or original method of payment within an agreed number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We take every care to ensure our products are protected during transit but occasionally damages may occur. Should your order arrive in less than perfect condition please email a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. We can then organise a replacement or refund. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods and also for any products that have been used. Please note that postage charges are not refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
